Lymphatic treatment and foot massage for the exceptional price of $55.00
What do lymphatics do?
The lymphatic system is a separate circulatory system that interfaces with the blood vessels to carry away fluid and waste proteins from the interstitial space or extracellular matrix (ECM). The lymph system plays a prominent role in immune function, as this fluid also carries lymphocytes, dendritic cells, and immunoglobulins to fight off pathogens or regulate the body during infection. In addition, lymphatics help with the absorption and transport of free fatty acids from the digestive system. (More info is posted on my Facebook page).
What are the benefits of a lymphatic treatment?
Having a lymphatic treatment leads to you feeling so much better. It boosts your immune system, gets rid of ‘sludgy stuff’ that has built up in your body, helps your body get back to normal after infection/surgery, gets rid of that ‘head fogginess’, allows you to feel brighter and more energetic…pretty impressive!
This offer is available for December and January. Spoil yourself AND it’s a great idea for a Gift Voucher.
Do you have pain or limited range of motion that you have, maybe unconsciously, accepted will ‘always be there’? It doesn’t have to be! It’s so rewarding for me to be able to relieve people of their pain and discomfort. I have had a few experiences lately where long term issues have been addressed quickly and painlessly. Neck mobility, limited shoulder movement, back pain, dodgy knees, inability to stand up from a chair, stress and feelings of overwhelm.
It’s your choice to do something about it.
A testimonial: In my first session with Colleen she picked a whip lash injury from 35 years ago, something I had forgotten about and had just accepted that I have a stiff, sore neck. I hadn’t mentioned this to Colleen.
With the lightest and most gentle of interventions I felt the neck release and now have a flexibility and range of motion in the neck I never thought possible. I highly recommend Colleen. Lee Barnasson
A reminder too, that if you’re looking for a good, firm, relaxing massage, I’d love to treat you!
